Notes To Student- SHOW on DOWNLOAD not COUNSELORS notes (Report redesigned releases in Sept 2024)

I would like my NOTES TO STUDENT to show on the college summary reports I download. I DO NOT want my counselor's notes to show. I want to be free to write whatever I want to there- negative or positive and then choose what I want to share with student via NOTES to STUDENT section

Fit Column - Color code shown to counselor - reflected in student/parent portal view

While screen sharing with a student, I saw that his college list showed my "fit" categories but not the color coding that counselor sees.

Ability to customize Summary Report (already in progress prior to open vote)

This is already in progress. 2 reports are live already. Setttings >> Reports. Any member can request custom reports as well through support.

Broadcast Messages - Review this merged suggestion

1) Multi license account When a Admin sends a broadcast message to all students (even those not assigned to admin) the student's messages tab should display the broadcast message as received. Each counselor in the Admin's account should receive a notification that a broadcast was sent by Admin. (sounds like Admin needs to copy their counselors on all mass company communications to students. 2) Choose Parents only - add ability to omit specific family (when student is omitted - parents are omitted from S/P broadcasts) 3) Watch video to see where signature is already appearing: www.loom.com/share/b55ba7d8234146778a526b065f8deab0?sid=d1a7e613-1442-48e0-bfd5-ae4f0e030ca0 THE SAME SIGNATURE to every meeting notes - email from assignments tab (including routine meeting notes) broadcast emails Additionally - when I add my scheduling link to my custom menu, I'd like the signature to pull from my custom links menu and add my scheduling to my consistent signature line. When audience is chosen - display who the message is going to below filters / above text box.

Feature Request - Add to the Data Menu - % Out of state vs % in state

Hi, I love this college search tool However, one factor that would be helpful is to have a column that specifies % out of state vs in-state students. For example, CU Boulder attracts a lot of OOS students but many SUNY campuses and FL public unis don't. Is this available or can it be added?

Text Formatting in Meeting Notes/Assignments, etc

It would be really helpful if I create text and format a message or an assignment for a student in Word or Google Docs if the formatting didn't change when I copy it to CM. I lose the font, the bold text, underlines, etc. The ability to copy a hyperlink and give it text rather than the full url would also be a helpful feature to add. Thank you!
