Fit Column - Color code shown to counselor - reflected in student/parent portal view

While screen sharing with a student, I saw that his college list showed my "fit" categories but not the color coding that counselor sees.

To add a comment, is there a way to title the column something other than "fit" (or let each counselor personalize it) as it is really more about acceptance likelihood, and I use "Fit" as a concept that all schools should be an academic, social & financial fit
